All of our stories are long and complicated, and it is important that I can get the story as straight as I can.  Understanding how you got to where you are now, and clarifying where you want to go, will guide us in mapping out the right course of action to get you where you want to go.

My goal is to simplify the challenges that you are facing so it is easier for you to know that you can and that you will take action.  I am action oriented therapist who loves to educate and prepare people to face the challenges ahead.  I believe that taking action, engaging the process, is the most effective way to help people become the type of person who can reach their goals.
