What if the peace you’ve been giving everyone else… was finally yours?

What if the peace you’ve been giving everyone else… was finally yours?

You don’t have to become someone new. You just need to realign with who you already are.

You’re capable. Responsible. People depend on you. But beneath the surface… you’re exhausted.

You’ve had the coach who told you to push harder; or the therapist who nods and never names what hurts. You need someone who sees the pressure you’re under and helps you make sense of it—without losing yourself.

It’s Important to Recognize What’s True

You’ve built a life on high-functioning overdrive. Success? You’ve earned it. But rest? Trust? Presence? That’s unfamiliar territory.

You’re not broken—you’re just outgrowing the version of you that thought effort alone was the path to freedom.

As you start to outgrow old patterns, you might find it’s time to:

  • Map the rules you’ve been living by—and see which ones no longer serve
  • Release the guilt-fueled striving and choose aligned action instead
  • Reclaim your agency and build a life that fits who you’ve become

ABOUT

What It’s Like to Work With Me

I’ve spent most of my life contemplating how people change—how they build trust, face pressure, and find their way back to themselves. I’ve been doing this professionally since 2002, working in homes, schools, juvenile halls, clinics, telehealth, and now through CATALYST.

This work isn’t about fixing you. It’s about walking alongside you—naming what hasn’t been named, and helping you understand how the pieces fit. I’ll bring clinical insight, the occasional metaphor, and a deep respect for the weight you’ve carried.

    • High-achieving men and women navigating a quiet internal crisis
    • Parents, leaders, and clinicians who feel like they’re disappearing inside their responsibilities
    • People who’ve been to therapy before—but are ready to do the deeper, integrative work

Working with me means…

  • We simplify the challenge, so you can finally take aligned action
  • You learn to trust yourself, not just your productivity
  • We stop circling insight and start moving toward transformation

SERVICES

Support Doesn’t Have to Look One Way—Let’s Find What Fits.

You’ve done the work. You’ve shown up. You’ve carried it all. But now… something needs to change. So where do you begin?

If you’re exhausted…

If you feel like your body is talking louder than your brain, through sleep issues, stress, or quiet despair.  If you want to understand the emotional weight you’ve been carrying…  Start with Therapy. A space to pause, make sense of it all, and get clear on what’s been driving you—and no longer has to.

If you’re feeling ready, but stuck…

You’ve outgrown the old strategies. You’ve done the work, maybe even therapy. You’re clear something needs to shift, but not from effort. From alignment. What you need now isn’t just movement, it’s movement that starts from who you truly are. Start with CATALYST. A framework for moving from insight to embodiment. For people ready to trust themselves again.

When you’re ready to stop performing and start becoming—this is where it begins.

Whatever path you choose, the goal is the same:

To move forward with effort that comes from love—not fear.

So everything you give, finally creates the life you’ve been longing for.

Let’s find out if we’re a good fit. Book a free 30-minute call. You’ll get understanding, not a pitch. You’ve carried enough. Let’s make space for what’s next.

Perspective

Based on your cultivated perspective, it’s not always easy to see the forest beyond the tree—or the trees within the forest.

And sometimes, we’re not sure if what we’re seeing is a duck or a rabbit.

The truth is, sometimes it’s both.

All perspectives are real—but not all of them move us toward what matters.

My role is to help you align how you see the world with where you want to go.

With over 20 years of clinical experience and more than a decade spent mentoring therapists, coaches, and leaders, I’ll help you name the beliefs, feelings, and patterns that are shaping your current experience—and explore how they support or block your goals.

  • It is important to remember we all see the world a little differently.
  • We can shift our perspectives to see the world from all different angles.
  • How we decide to see the world has a significant impact on how we respond to it.
